Turkish Train Fare Discounts
Turkish State Railways offers discounts for children, students, soldiers, seniors (60 and older), and for the passengers on round trips (round trips) on their main lines:
Children: Children stay free when they are younger than 8 years old
Students: 20% discount, but you have a Turkish student card may be necessary to consider
Seniors: 20% discount for travelers 60 and older
Round-trip (return): 20% discount on full fare if you buy a Gidis-dönüs (gee-DEESH Duhr NEWSH, round-trip/return) ticket.
Turkish soldiers, teachers, members of the press, veterans, etc., are also entitled to discounts.You have the right Turkish identity in order to obtain these discounts.
Monthly Rail Passes
If you want a lot of traveling by train, consider the 30-day Tour Train cards which grantsubstantial discounts on top of trains, including sleeping car trains.
