Bulgur salad
Ingredients:

| Preparation: Pour the bulgur in large bowl. Pour over the hot water. Mix and cover. 30 minutes later, add the red pepper puree, tomato paste, chili flakes and salt. Kneading. Add the lemon juice and olive oil. Knead again. Add the tomatoes, chopped parsley, mint and spring onions in the bulgur. Heap on a serving platter with lettuce leaves or on individual servings in each lettuce leaf. | |
