  • 1,5 kg. lamb’s liver 200 gr.
  • (2 cups) flour salt
  • 1 table spoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon sumac
  • 5 onions medium
  • 1 bunch parsley thyme
  • 2 cups sunflower oil
