  • 2 chickens
  • 3 onions
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt
  • 1/2 tea spoon pepper
  • 1 tea spoon thyme
  • 6 green chili peppers
  • 25 button onions

Preparation:Wash the chicken and remove the bones. Peel Chop the chicken meat into large cubes (about 3 Em), the onion, rub and keep the juice. Mix the onion juice with olive oil, milk, salt, black pepper and tyhme. The marinade over the chicken and the rest for 24 hours.
Skin on the button onions. Wash the tomatoes and peppers. Chop the tomatoes into slices and two green peppers into 3 pieces.
Thread 3 cubes of fish onto metal skewers alternately with tomatoes, peppers and onion key.Grill over charcoal or under a hot electric grill, turning frequently. Serve with pilaf on the side.
